Shipping Policy
All of our products are made to order. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Schedule
Products are manufactured sequentially after the sales contract is concluded and are normally shipped from Japan approximately 1 to 2 months later.
The estimated shipping date is for reference only. Due to production circumstances, material shortages, international logistics congestion, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs delays, or other force majeure events, the actual shipping date may be delayed.
We assume no responsibility for any damages, disadvantages, or mental distress caused by shipping delays. Orders will not be accepted for cancellation due to delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following countries and regions:
United States, Canada, Europe, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, United Arab Emirates.
Orders to addresses outside of the above regions will be canceled immediately at our discretion.
3. Shipping Method
We use DHL (or an international courier designated by us) for international shipping.
4. Pricing, Shipping Fees, Customs Duties, and Taxes (Buyer’s Responsibility)
Product prices are in US Dollars (USD). Displayed prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import consumption taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or any other charges.
All customs duties, public charges, VAT, and customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country shall be the sole responsibility and at the sole expense of the buyer (customer).
If requested by local customs or the carrier, the buyer must pay these charges immediately. We assume no responsibility for any delays or loss of goods due to failure to clear customs.
5. Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss (including loss, damage, theft, or disappearance) transfer to the buyer at the moment we hand over the goods to the carrier in Japan (FOB terms in compliance with our domestic shipping point).
We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit or after delivery.
6. Proof of Delivery
We consider delivery to be properly and fully completed based on the carrier’s “Proof of Delivery (PoD)” record with recipient’s signature image.
If PoD confirms delivery, we will not accept claims such as “the item has not arrived” or “it was stolen by someone else,” nor will we be responsible for chargebacks or any other disputes with payment processors. We have no obligation to reship, refund, or compensate in such cases.
7. Refused Shipments and Returns
If the shipment is returned to Japan due to the buyer’s prolonged absence, incorrect shipping address, failure to complete local customs procedures, refusal to pay duties/taxes (refusal of delivery), or any similar reasons, the buyer is responsible for all costs including round-trip international shipping fees, incurred duties, customs clearance fees, and any other return-related expenses.
We will refund the product price received minus the full amount of these return expenses.
However, due to the made-to-order nature of our products and the fact that resale is not possible, we reserve the right to refuse any refund and to dispose of the returned item at our discretion. The buyer may not request a refund or raise any objections in such cases.
If the return expenses exceed the paid product price, we reserve the right to claim the difference from the buyer.
