By browsing the website or completing any product purchase procedure, the User is deemed to have fully and unconditionally agreed to all provisions of these Terms. Revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon posting on the website, and the User’s continued use of the Services after such posting shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 2 (Platform, External Services, and Data Collection)
The website is hosted and operated using the platform provided by Wix.com, Inc. Payment processing for the Services is handled through the external payment provider Stripe (hereinafter referred to as the “Payment Provider”). Credit card information and other payment data are always transferred and processed in encrypted form in accordance with the Payment Provider’s security standards. Users are also bound by the Payment Provider’s own terms of service.
The website uses the following external tools for service improvement, access analysis, and advertising delivery: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads.
By using the Services, the User is deemed to have consented to the collection and processing of behavioral data and device information by the above external tools using cookies or other identifiers.
